Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time & Carrier:
Standard shipping to the U.S. typically takes 3–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping is free on most items. Shipping costs are already included in the price.

For oversized or heavy items (generally over 18 x 18 x 18 inches or 15 lbs), an additional shipping fee may apply. This will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Address:
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If there is a mistake in the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours to correct it.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• You must contact us first to obtain return authorization.
• Returns must be shipped to our return center located in Miami, Florida. Address will be provided upon approval.
Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If you wish to exchange an item:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are accepted only for unopened, unused items.
• We will send you a replacement item after we receive the original item in acceptable condition.
• If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative product or a full refund.
